Black Magic Karma – Part I.

an essay by Anima Noira

The ages old dispute over Black and White Magic can be boiled down to one basic distinction –

𝔅𝔩𝔞𝔠𝔨 𝔪𝔞𝔤𝔦𝔠𝔦𝔞𝔫𝔰 𝔡𝔬 𝔫𝔬𝔱 𝔡𝔦𝔢 𝔬𝔣 𝔬𝔩𝔡 𝔞𝔤𝔢.

They cannot. Every true Black Magician knows this, for he invites unnatural death by his actions.

Black Magic is the perversion of Natural Law, so for a Black Magician to die a natural Death would be an abomination. The modern magical Wannabe, and Play-It-Safe practitioner of modern magic, of course, doesn’t want to hear it, and thus, by opening my speech here with the most iconic definition of Black Magic I am bound to sound offensively antiquated.

Black Magic stretches the Law of Nature as far as it goes. It is an exploration of its far side, and its edges. It is a double edged sword that allows you to cut deep through the fabric of reality, and its other edge comes back to cut into your own flesh and skin. Black Magic requires Blood Sacrifice – which can be thought of in various ways. That being said, every form of magic that is based on Sacrifice should be recognized as a form of the Black Arts. Let there be no doubt about it, even though it will be sometimes passionately denied by the Practitioner who is deluded about the Nature of their own Works of Darkness, or who, for reasons of fear and vanity, doesn’t want to be associated with that label. The dilettante who subconsciously seeks to evade the destiny that befell every single Black Magician in history does so by the most naive manner – by refusing to call themselves a Black Magician.

Rest assured though that Satan recognizes his own.

    Dear Anima Noira,

I caught you on Legion of Lilith with Demetrius last night on Lucifer and found it both fascinating and educational. And was impressed with with the way you talked about your relationship with Lucifer and contrasting your experience with Demetrius’s experience. So I thought I’d wander over to your website to learn more about you.

I’ve been thinking about this piece off and on throughout the day while I found it interesting I don’t agree with your premise that Black Magicians don’t die of Old Age. I can think of quite a few that did even though at the time of their death their bodies were riddled with disease and in some cases dementia due to over indulgence in sex drugs and rock and roll. Perhaps this what you getting at when you noted that a true Black Magician doesn’t die of old age and knows this „by inviting unnatural death through his actions.“ At least that’s how I see it.

I’ve found that possessing a disciplined mind and body is essential for working magic. With the mind as Isolate Intelligence and separate from the natural or objective universe. It’s never been my aim to become one with the objective universe by surrendering my psyche to it. Rather I’ve found that the Objective Universe is a magical tool and do work with it as a magical tool. In my Black Art and Craft and am entering the winter of life in good health as long as I maintain good discipline of mind body and spirit I should live long enough to conduct a Red Rite when the time comes to leave this lovely world of horrors of ours.

After all the greatest magic one can work is the magic one works on themselves to become more than they seem to be. It’s an eternal process.

      Hello Robert,

I am honored to have triggered such deep thoughts in you. My intention was to provoke. I agree with everything you said, fully. Demetrius and Legion of Lilith is a great show because he doesn´t shy away from controversy.
